How does it work

Quite simply you buy a slice of HR. The size of the slice can vary to meet your business needs.
There are a number of fee structures so you can choose what best fits your business.
Examples:
One off project : Write job descriptions, identify competencies and redesign the appraisal process and form - Fees agreed for one off project based on agreed time frame and delivery
Retained support : Billed for agreed hours ie 5, 10, 15, 20 hours per month [ face to face, phone and email support provided Mon to Fri ]
On going support : Billing based on actual hours [ no minimum hours]
Training: Billed per 1/2 day and full day
This means you have access to a full HR service but only when you need it.
