Based near Southampton , People Panacea provides Human Resources advice and offers a one stop solution for your people issues in the Hants and Dorset area. I work on a retained and ad hoc basis with companies that either need HR help for  one off projects or on an ongoing basis . Clients include a conservation charity an electronics manufacturer and a training company.

Appraisals, recruitment, job descriptions, performance issues, policy, manuals, training, employment law and lots more. I can also help with  the more difficult things like disciplinaries and redundancies.
